The machine is mainly for quilting car mat, car foot pad etc.

1. The machine best feature is process thick material, and upper thread can be 9 strands.

2. It can replace most functions of two needle row shuttle quilting machine.

3. Two needle row unique combination design,space between front-back needle row is 3 inches, left to right needle space is 2 inches. And back needle row can be adjustable, make the front-back needle row space be 1 inch.

4. Adopt drum structure,the Y axis can achieve continuous production.

5. Adopt big rotating shuttle, high speed, high efficiency, low noise, max. speed is 700r/min.

6. X,Y,Z axis all use high power servo motor. High precision, pretty stitch, and not easy to thread broken. 

7. Use mouse to develop patterns directly in machine computer, and are compatible with embroidery format(*.DST),copy can copy with USB. Easy to draw various designs for customers.

8. Auto stop when upper thread or bottom thread is broken. And tension maintenance device to keep fabric feed in smoothly.
